The Cereus Beaded Necklace - these beads were so much fun to make. When the glass is hot on the mandrel, I take my pick tool and start to dig into the bead. Pulling and stretching the glass to form these sort of lumps…. I can’t seem to think of another word, but lumps, I then return to bead to the heat to soften any edges. Giving you a unique bead, that reminded my of cacti hence the name!
This necklace is 45cm in length with sterling silver findings.
I am very happy to take particular order for these beads if you wanted a particular colour or size- just email me on sarma@sarmaworks.co.uk
Each mobile is a suspended fragment of nature — reimagined in kiln-fused glass.
Inspired by delicate leaves, shifting light, flowing water, and the quiet geometry of the natural world, these handmade glass pieces capture moments that often go unnoticed. Every element is individually cut, layered, and fused in the kiln, allowing colour and texture to melt together in organic, unpredictable ways.
When hung in natural light, the glass comes alive — casting reflections, shadows, and gentle movement that transform a space into something serene and contemplative.
No two pieces are ever the same. Each mobile is a one-of-a-kind interpretation of nature’s fragments, suspended in balance.
Approx 60cm in length

These glass Gua Shas are made slowly, allowing each curve to form with intention. Cool to the touch, and endlessly smooth, they invite you to slow down, breathe and reconnect with your skin.
Glass is non-porous, hygienic, and beautifully smooth, making it ideal for facial massage. It doesn't absorb product or bacteria, and stays cool without refrigeration.

An Introduction
Sarma Works has been evolving for over 10 years, working mainly in glass. I have worked in stained glass, kiln fused and now I have been playing in the wonderful world of lampworking for just over a year.
I draw inspirations from all aspects of my life from learning about folklore, being awe over geology, and sometimes just letting my hands guide me through the work.
Each piece I have created to allow you to become part of the journey.
